AMRHEIN
Privacy Policy
Information about the processing of personal data.
Controller
The data controller is AMRHEIN Sp. z o.o., ul. Zielonogórska 1A, 67-100 Nowa Sól, Poland. Email: info@amrhein.pl; telephone: +48 887 032 154.
Website access and hosting
When visiting this website, technical data may be processed, including IP address, access time, requested pages, browser, operating system, referrer and volume of data transferred. This is necessary for website delivery, troubleshooting and security. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the website). Website and email hosting are provided by dogado. Where applicable, processors are engaged under Article 28 GDPR.
Server logs
To provide the website, our hosting provider dogado processes necessary access and error logs. According to dogado’s general information for web hosting plans, IP addresses in those logs are anonymised after 24 hours, and logs deleted within seven days. Separate security logs may be subject to different retention periods.
Cookies and language preferences
Our website uses the Polylang language-preference cookie “pll_language” to remember your selected language. Where personal data are processed in this context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a user-friendly multilingual website).
Contact and project enquiries
Our new enquiry forms prepare an email in the visitor’s local email application; in the tested flow they do not automatically transmit the enquiry via the website server. Visitors can review the message and attach files before sending. When an email is sent, we process contact, company and project information, potentially including drawings and technical documents, to respond to the enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual steps are requested by the data subject, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in business communication). Providing data is voluntary but necessary information may be required to respond.
Retention
We keep enquiries until they have been handled and closed. Thereafter, data are deleted unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims justify continued storage. Records subject to statutory retention requirements are kept for the applicable legal periods.
Website functions and links
This website uses WordPress and technical extensions, including Polylang. Links to external sites and social networks take you to those services only when clicked. External loading of Google Fonts through Elementor has been disabled in the current configuration, and QUIC.cloud has not been connected.
Recipients and international transfers
We use dogado GmbH, Dortmund, for website and email hosting. Technical subprocessors appointed by the provider may process data to the extent necessary. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area must meet the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where relevant. Contact info@amrhein.pl. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
Automated decisions and updates
To our current knowledge, the website functions described do not involve decisions based solely on automated processing within Article 22 GDPR. This notice will be updated when website features or processing activities change.
